I’m impressed with the quality! I washed it as soon as I got it, and I was expecting it to be very wrinkled once out of the dryer, but it wasn’t. I wouldn’t say that it is soft, but not stiff either. It’s very comfortable. The print is exactly as pictured. I love the navy blue, it brings out my navy blue accent wall! I couldn’t be happier!This bed is a queen size and I ordered a king duvet so that it would hang down further. And it looks like I’d gotten a queen. It’s pretty but I’m disappointed.The comforter is made of natural fibers so it does not have the sheen the polyester ones do. This is not a bad thing if you are a lover of natural fibersBought this for my Mother in law, who is in assisted living. Very soft and pretty. Fits on her hospital bed nicely. Have received compliments on it.The colors are vivid and as pictured. The red has pinkish undertones w bits of yellow on the flowers. There is also muted beige on the swirls and the background is a beautiful shade of power blue. The reverse is a solid light grayish white which gives it an added versatility. I’d read posts that the bottom sheet was sideways w the pattern. I purchased instead another powder blue set of sheets in a solid color. I don’t personally care for “busy” patterns w bedding but this is more delicate so it’s soothing to the eyes. I can tell there’s a big thread count as it’s tightly woven. I washed it right after I got it as advised but added a small amount of detergent and 1/2 strength vinegar which acts as a softener. I sew a lot and know this will only get softer over time. I wish the duvet cover had a zip closure instead of buttons, but I’m sure that helps keep the price affordable. I purchased the California King for my regular king bed and it fits like a king should. My duvet was the same way, so they fit together pretty well. Nice way to add some color without overwhelming the space, though. Very cheerful!Just beautiful on my king bed. I love it.
